Order Processing & Payment Verification


  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Bank & Crypto Transfers: If you pay via Direct Bank Transfer or Crypto Transfer (USDT/USDC), order processing begins only after your payment is confirmed. Please send your payment screenshot with your Order Number + Registered Customer Name to ensure timely verification.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 4 – 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 hours to display activity.

Shipping Destinations & Costs


Safe Vials ships internationally to select countries. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before order completion. If shipping is unavailable for your region during checkout, please reach out to our support team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Safe Vials is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance.
