Before you order.
How are the pens packaged?
In a discreet, tracked parcel via DHL Express or FedEx, with a tamper-evident seal. The outer label is plain, with no product references. Refrigerate the pen on arrival.
How should I store the pens after delivery?
Refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C, away from direct light. Once the seal is broken, refrigerate and use within the stability window noted on the product page. Do not freeze.
Do orders include a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every lot is independently third-party tested. An HPLC purity certificate and a separate aqueous pH certificate are published before each lot ships. Both are linked in the lab certificates tab above.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the box and tamper seal on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We replace any damage in transit the same business day, free of charge. No return needed.
How do payments work?
Card checkout isn't available for peptides, so every order is confirmed person to person. After checkout we open a short WhatsApp chat, answer anything you want to know, and send a secure payment link. Your order stays on hold until you confirm.
